Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “we”, “us”, “our” and "Wara Designs" refer to Caroline Daoulas.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONTRACTING

These General Conditions will expressly regulate the commercial relationships established between Caroline Daoulas and Individual Users/Clients who, through the website, https://waradesigns.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), purchase the products that Caroline Daoulas offers online to Individual Users.

These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contracting, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation.

Caroline Daoulas may unilaterally modify the configuration and content of these General Conditions at any time it deems appropriate. However, the General Conditions applicable to a specific transaction will be those in force at the time of its formalization.

The terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of the Products offered for sale to the public by Caroline Daoulas on its Website will be those described in these General Conditions and detailed on the Website during the online purchase process. By using the Website, users declare their knowledge and acceptance of the various procedures necessary to access the different Products offered on the Website and to complete their purchase.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Product Information: On the website, you will find various jewelry products. To make purchases from the Website, customers will need to place their order, indicating the product and quantity they wish to purchase, and they will also need to provide their personal data and contact information to generate the corresponding invoice.

Wara Designs will provide an updated price list, including product description as well as any other necessary and relevant information. In the event that a specific Product is out of stock, Wara Designs will inform the customer, indicating the approximate date when the product will be restocked or offering an alternative substitute product. If you do not wish to receive the substitute product, we will refund your payment using the same method as your original payment.

In the event that customs holds the package, the recipient will be responsible for the handling fees. This condition is accepted when making the purchase. In cases where the item has reached its destination, and the customer refuses to pay the customs and handling fees, this amount will be deducted from the product refund. In no case will Wara Designs be responsible for customs handling fees or the associated taxes. The products cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes

2. PURCHASING SYSTEM

a) The Customer must select the chosen products and their quantity on the purchase page and provide the delivery address to calculate the shipping costs.
b) Once the product selection is complete and shipping costs have been calculated, the customer must proceed to payment through the secure payment gateway. Payment can be made by PayPal, or by debit or credit card.
c) The order is subject to acceptance, and this will be communicated through email to the address provided during the purchase process.
d) The Customer will receive an invoice sent to the email address provided in the system.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY

After order confirmation, Wara Designs commits to delivering the items requested by the buyer to its carrier within a maximum period of 20 days. If stock is available, the order processing time will be 1 week (but usually 2-3 days). If, for any reason, we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this situation and offer the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.

For deliveries to Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg or The Netherlands, the shipment will be made to pick up points near your delivery address via Inpost/ Mondial Relay. The choice of pick up points will be sent once the order has been placed.
- Shipping to SPAIN is 7.90€ for orders under 100€ or FREE for orders over 100€.
- Shipping to France, Belgium, Luxembourg or The Netherlands is 9.90€ for orders under 100€ or FREE for orders over 100€.

For other destinations, the shipment will be made to the delivery address by CORREOS.
- For shipments to other EU countries+ Norway and Switzerland the cost will be 14.90€ for orders under 150€ or FREE for orders over 150€.
- For shipments to the rest of the world, the cost will be 24.90€

Wara Designs is not responsible for the delivery times of Inpost & CORREOS. Inpost & CORREOS are responsible for delivering the order to the address provided by Wara Designs.

Caroline Daoulas is not responsible for returned packages due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal
Additional shipping charges will be applied for reshipped packages

We do not ship to PO Boxes – a street address is required for shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are evaluated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office prior to ordering for further information as every country is different.

When International shipping is selected, please note that international laws, customs regulations, and current events may effect international shipping rates. Because of this additional shipping charges may be applied prior to shipping your order.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

It is important to us that our customers are happy with our products. Rest assured that we would never send anything to you that is not what we consider to be a beautiful piece.

If damaged on arrival, please contact info@waradesigns.com with the subject line DAMAGE within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item so that we may contact the shipping company. We will do our best to ship a replacement for damaged wares as soon as possible.
Note:

We replace damaged items when communicated within 7 days of reception
Shipping charges are non refundable

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The customer can return the product until 30 days after its purchase. We do not accept returns on custom orders and gift certificates. These items are all final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

To return the item, it must be unused, under the same conditions as when it was received and in the original packaging.

Once we receive the item back, you will be sent an email to notify you if the refund has been approved.

6. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are expressed in euros and are indicated for each product, and they already include the taxes that may be applicable in each case. In order for us to issue the corresponding invoice for the contracted service, we will need you to fill out all the data requested during the purchase process. If you have any doubts, you can contact us at info@waradesigns.com for assistance. The current prices are listed on the website; however, Wara Designs may change them when it deems necessary, with the communication of the new rates serving as sufficient notice.

7. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made through PayPal, or credit/debit card at the time of purchase. The order will not be shipped until the full amount is received.

8. DISCLAIMER

Wara Designs will not be responsible for any damages or harm of any kind that may occur as a result of visiting this website, whether due to errors or omissions in the content or the transmission of malicious programs, despite taking all necessary technological measures to prevent it. Likewise, it will not be responsible for the content of external websites that may be linked or advertised on this website since it is beyond our control.

This website, as well as the business it supports, complies with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as other applicable regulations. The contents of the website www.waradesigns.com , including, among others, images and article texts, regardless of format, programming language, or representation method, are the property of Caroline Daoulas or have acquired the corresponding rights from their owners and are protected by international laws and treaties on intellectual property. In accordance with the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, it is expressly prohibited to copy, reproduce, sell, transmit, distribute, republish, modify, or display for commercial use without the prior consent of Caroline Daoulas. The User agrees to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Caroline Daoulas.
